Join us for an evening of elegant food, fun and laughter as we honor Ginevra Ralph, co-founder of The Shedd Institute and 2015 Eugene First Citizen at the Fifth Annual Toast 'N' Roast! The Roast, is a benefit for the Wellsprings Friends School, a non-profit alternative high school in Eugene, and scheduled for the evening of Thursday, March 16th at the Shedd Institute, 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Distinguished Chef Ib Hamide of Cafe' Soriah will be preparing an elegant 3-course Mediterranean meal for the evening's guests, followed by the Toast 'N' Roast. It should be a wonderful evening and we are anticipating a great turnout of community and business leaders!
