Chuck Redd and his quartet welcome Siri Vik for a salute to jazz pianist and composer Bill Evans (1929-80), whose use of impressionist harmonies, an unusual interpretive approach to jazz standards, and trademark “singing”, rhythmically-independent melodic lines has had a profound influence on jazz practice to this day. Look for such Evans classic compositions and covers as “Waltz For Debby”, “Fun Ride”, “My Foolish Heart”, “Alfie”, “So What”, “Autumn Leaves”, “All Of You”, “My Romance” and more.
