The Kim Sticka PTSD Music & Arts Foundation is holding its Fifth Annual PTSD Symposium at The Shedd Institute Saturday, October 15 from 8:30 a.m. until noon. The theme this year is "Neuroplasticity and the Power of Music for Better Mental Health".
