Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger others will result in immediate eviction from the premises. || No cameras, video or recording devices permitted on the premises. || Electronic devices, including but not limited to mobile phones, smart phones, tablets, may not be used in the concert hall during the performance. || Animals and objects likely to endanger others are not allowed. || Late arrivals will be seated at management’s discretion.

All sales are final.. No refunds except in the event of a cancellation. Claims must be made within 30 days after the performance was to have occurred and are limited to the ticket price. || Replacement Tickets. If you have lost your tickets, you may acquire replacement tickets for a small per ticket service fee. \\Service Charges. Ticket orders are subject to service fees, which vary by facility. || Other provisions. Concert programs, featured artists, and venues are subject to change. || Everyone, including infants, must have a ticket. || Ticket is only good for seat specified. || Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks for any event for which a ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event. || The Shedd Institute is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or acquired from a second party. || Each Shedd Institute ticket is a revocable license; management reserves all rights.
