Hailed as one of the all-time greatest guitarists, John "Bucky" Pizzarelli is a music legend, spanning the years from the Vaughn Monroe Orchestra to White House Concerts with Benny Goodman and Frank Sinatra. He has been a staff musician with NBC, ABC, Skitch Henderson, Doc Severinson, and Mitch Miller; appeared at Carnegie Hall with George Barnes and Les Paul; performed with the Boston Pops in duet with Stephane Grappelli; and played a solo concert at Town Hall in New York City. Whether he's playing on his Benedetto 7-string guitar, acoustical classic guitar, or his Danelectro 6-string bass guitar, Bucky Pizzarelli lights up any stage.
An active performer in jazz rooms and college concerts, Pizzarelli is also a Faculty Member Emeritus of William Paterson College in Wayne, New Jersey.
