LAURA SUE HISZCZYNSKYJ (tap & assistant choreographer, Tess Parker) has danced with companies in New York, New Jersey, Texas, Kansas, and Oregon. National tours include Sesame Street Live and SwingDance America. Laura’s work has been seen in such venues as the Kennedy Center (Washington, D.C.), Judson Church (NYC), The Joyce SoHo (NYC), City Center (NYC), The Royal Theatre (Victoria), and the Hult Center. Teaching credits include: Texas Christian University, University of Oregon, Columbia College, Cornell University, Lane Community College, Northwest Christian University, and venues in Buenos Aires and Montevideo. Her choreography has appeared in previous Shedd shows including: Babes In Arms, A Connecticut Yankee, White Christmas, Kiss Me, Kate, and Pal Joey.
Texas Christian University (Fine Arts Guild Scholar) and an M.F.A. in dance from the University of Oregon (Georgianne T. Singer Fellowship in Dance). Previous Shedd appearances include: Anything Goes, Wizard of Oz, White Christmas, Pal Joey and Kiss Me, Kate. Laura currently teaches dance at The John G. Shedd Institute of the Arts and Lane Community College.
