MATTHEW LEACH (Dugsie Gibbs) Matt’s first Shedd Institute production was The Boys From Syracuse, and has since appeared in its Sweet Charity, Lady Be Good, Singing In The Rain, No, No, Nanette, Camelot (Squire Dap), Oh Kay! (Shorty McGee), Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (Esmond Sr.), Gus Fielding in Babes In Arms, How To Succeed In Business... (Gus Frump), Whoopee! (Sheriff Bob) Mary Poppins (George Banks), and most recently as Moonface Martin in Anything Goes. Matt’s appearances with Eugene Opera, including Faust, La Boheme, The Mikado, Carmen, Nixon In China, Dead Man Walking, Girl Of The Golden West, and most recently Sweeny Todd. Other credits include Trouble In Tahiti and Dr. Miracle (in which he performed the title role), The Merry Widow (Camille de Rosillon), Die Fledermaus (Dr. Blind), and The Impresario (Mr. Angel). Matt has also appeared in stage plays, short films and commercials.
