EMILY WEINKAUF KIDDER (rehearsal accompanist, assistant to the conductor) is a Eugene native and began formal piano lessons at age 3 while also studying ballet, tap and acting. She studied piano performance at the UO and holds a BS in Communications and Music from Corban University. As rehearsal accompanist and orchestra pianist, her Shedd credits include Lady Be Good, Singin’ In The Rain, No, No, Nanette, The Music Man, Oh Kay! and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (rehearsal pianist for Babes In Arms). Emily is the Music Director at Creswell Church of Christ and an adjunct piano instructor and accompanist for the Northwest Christian University Choir and Orchestra. Most recently, Emily gave piano support for McCornack Elementary’s The Music Man (in which her daughter Tea played Marian) and was keyboard for Churchill’s production of Mary Poppins.
