Adam Carlson is a Bend native living in Eugene as a freelance musician, and drum teacher. He graduated from the UO School of Music in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Jazz Studies, receiving the program’s Outstanding Performer Award. He performs frequently around Eugene and the Northwest, and plays many styles of music including jazz, rock, latin, funk, and pop. He has played drums on numerous albums, and has performed with many Eugene musicians, including Mike Denny, Carl Woideck, Steve Owen, Tyler Abbott, Olem Alves, Torrey Newhart, Don Latarski, and Siri Vik. He has been a part of a number of projects at The Shedd Institute during the past few years
