PEG MAJOR (director) is delighted once again be a part of The Shedd family, now for the second time as director. She has appeared in The Shedd's productions of White Christmas. Guys And DollsOf Thee I Sing and has joined the Jazz Kings on occasion. Primarily a singer/actor she has played such roles as Mama Rose in Gypsy, Golde in Fiddler, and Eulalie Shinn in Music Man, to name a few. At Cottage Theatre Peg most recently directed Fiddler On the Roof, The Secret Garden, Cabaret, Chicago, How To Succeed in Business…, Nunsense, Pump Boys, and made her directorial debut with The Shedd's recent production of Babes In Arms. She will direct The Shedd’s upcoming productions of Whoopee!, Mary Poppins, and White Christmas.
