PEG MAJOR (director) On The Town is Peg’s seventh show as director at The Shedd Institute. She has directed Babes in Arms, How to Succeed, Whoopee, Mary Poppins, Anything Goes, and Funny Face. At Cottage Theatre and VLT she has also directed Fiddler On The Roof, Into the Woods, Chicago, Cabaret, Nunsense, A....My Name is Alice, The Wizard of Oz, Godspell, Beauty and the Beast, Parallel Lives, Sugar, Little Shop of Horrors, and Man of La Mancha just to name a few. Peg spends her days as a stay at home Granny enjoying her five beautiful grandkids, and would like to send her love and thanks to her ever supportive husband of 38 years, Santa Ken.
