Seth Mulvihill teaches music technology and music theory at Lane Community College, and he likes to makes sounds (electronic and otherwise) turn into music on a regular basis. He writes for and performs in -- as a keyboardist and vocalist, mostly -- more bands than he can easily keep track of, including Wellington Drive (covers/originals/three-part harmony), and The Hi-tones (Blues). Mulvihill earned a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, where he studied composition under Dr. Alex Lubet. He also paints, is taller than average and has been known to sport a beard on occasion.
