PAIGE IAVELLI was born and raised in Ramona, California. She was drawn to the drums at a very young age and began weekly lessons at age 5 with Marcus Descartin and Dove Linkhorn which continued until she graduated high school. She gigged around the San Diego area with a local rock/blues group starting when she was 13.  Now at the U of O as a Jazz Major, she studies under Ken Mastrogiovanni, Gary Hobbs, Steve Owen, Paul Krueger, and Joe Manis to further improve her craft.  She plays a variety of styles including Jazz, Latin, Blues, Funk, Hip-hop, and more.
