The Shedd Institute’s Musical Theatre Training Academy presents its 7th semi-annual revue, "PUTTIN' ON THE RITZ". This edition is dedicated to the incomparable classic Songbook composer Irving Berlin (1888-1989) of whom colleague Jerome Kern once quipped "Irving Berlin has no place in American music—he is American music." Look for such classic songs as "White Christmas", "Puttin' On The Ritz", "Cheek To Cheek", "A Couple of Swells", "Easter Parade", "Heat Wave", "God Bless America", "Top Hat, White Tie And Tails", "Moonshine Lullabye" and more.
