Program
Hoagy Carmichael and Johnny Mercer met in New York in the early 1930s, each moved out to Hollywood a few years later and became lifelong friends and professional colleagues. Together and apart, they wrote many of the finest songs of the 1930s and ‘40s: “Lazy Bones”, “Skylark”, “How Little We Know”, “Blues In The Night”, “Star Dust”, “In The Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening” and more! Chuck and company pay tribute.
