"Yip" Harburg (1896-1981) from his early work on Broadway revues with songs like with classics like "It's Only A Paper Moon" and "April In Paris" to his work as a studio staff writer in the later 1930s in Hollywood where he penned such timeless songs as "Happiness Is A Thing Called Joe", "Over The Rainbow" and "Lydia The Tattooed Lady", to his various Broadway musicals like Finian's Rainbow and Bloomer Girl.
